Media Monitors had just launched their “Streaming Video Monitoring” service. While the Media Monitors brand is well-established in the USA, their newest offering – helping advertisers unlock video ad data across platforms such as YouTube and Twitch – needed visibility, fast.

Our Approach:An audience-first, narrative-led social campaign

We began by exploring who we needed to reach, establishing a clear Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

  • Using the ICP, we created a social media campaign targeting relevant, mid-sized ad agencies and marketing companies.
  • We narrowed targeting further to favour mid-sized agencies with an emphasis on local advertising, video-first campaigns, and streaming innovation.
  • From there, we honed in on decision-makers and decision influencers – the people most likely to shape platform adoption.


Next came the storytelling. We built creative and messaging around real industry pain points, aligning every ad with the challenges these professionals face: a lack of cross-platform visibility, limited data transparency, and the pressure to prove ROI.

The visual assets included static and video ads, all fully embracing Media Monitors’ brand, tone, and visual identity. The campaign was executed with a dual objective:
