Must TV helps consumers find the best content that matches their needs from the huge range of streamers and broadcasters now available. The service was yet to establish a loyal user-base that would choose its enhanced TV Guide offering over the many media sites dominating their daily dose of TV choices. We also needed to provide evidence to potential investors that Must TV had something new and compelling with strong growth prospects.
We began by leveraging TMT’s decades of online media publishing experience to consult on website optimisations and authoring key content pages that would support our strategic Social Media Marketing approach. To build an engaged community meant we wanted more than just site traffic – we needed to nurture meaningful customer journeys to and through Must TV’s proposition. We then deployed Smart Audience Targeting through our social media campaigns to drive highly efficient, high-quality target audience traffic.
That Media Thing’s strategic formula proved hugely successful in engaging with the communities that responded best to the promise of Must TV’s service.
