  • Liaise with senior management, keeping them up to date with organisational, finance, resource and client matters
  • Support the analysis and delivery of recommendations for optimising how our content targets and captures the attention of the best possible audience
  • Development and recommendation of any new policies and processes relating to That Media Thing’s desire to execute its operations to the highest possible quality standards
  • Coordinate data inputs, analysis and drafting of client proof of performance and execution reports
  • Experience of media production and/or project management, preferably in a digital media publishing environment
  • Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with outstanding verbal and presentation skills
  • Have absolute accuracy in all work undertaken
  • Ability to interpret data and deliver insights that clearly inform and provide essential learnings
  • Highly motivated with the ability to thrive in a fluid, demanding and fast paced environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks both effectively and efficiently
  • Learn and adapt to new systems and new ways of working as That Media Thing’s operations and service provisions evolve
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and popular task management tools essential
  • Knowledge of web publishing systems, web and social media analytics, and data analysis tools will be an advantage

At times the Production Manager will also be regarded as our ‘fixer’, able to take on problems and tasks that do not sit naturally with or where there is no capacity with other team members. As such, the right candidate will need to have a highly-confident and tenacious attitude when it comes to robust problem-solving.

Please also note that we offer extremely flexible working terms, both for hours worked as well as location-based. This is in addition to a number of other company benefits all designed to create a happy and productive working environment.

How to apply

Apply with a covering letter explaining how you would want branded media content to make you feel, plus your CV and two examples of projects that you’re most proud of. Send this all in PDF format to contact@thatmediathing.com including Production Manager in the subject box. Please also detail salary expectations, when you would be available to meet for an interview, and where you’d be travelling from in the message.

Finally, we expect even our ‘process managers’ to have a passion for great story-telling, so this is also your opportunity to tell us what you think makes good content and why.
